Features:
1. It enters the uterine cavity through the natural passage of the vagina and cervix, requiring no abdominal incision.
2. By infusing fluid into the uterine cavity (uterine distension), the uterine wall is expanded, thereby achieving a clear and magnified intrauterine view.
3. Upon the discovery of lesions (such as polyps, myomas, or adhesions), surgical intervention can be performed immediately by inserting miniature instruments through the device channel.
4. In addition to the 0° straight-view mirror, the 12° or 30° anterior oblique mirrors are the mainstream options. Rotating the mirror allows observation of the uterine horn and lateral walls, reducing blind spots.

Hysteroscopic sheath: The outer covering of the scope body, serving as the most critical functional accessory.
The speculum is inserted into the endocervical canal to guide the insertion tube smoothly through the cervix.
