Pre-sales service
(1) Based on the user’s needs, assist customers in selecting the appropriate products, specifications, and models.
(2) Warmly welcome visiting customers and promptly handle users’ calls, letters, faxes, and inquiries.
In-sales service
(1) Strictly organize production in accordance with the contractual technical requirements and relevant national standards, ensuring product quality and quantity, and delivering on time at the agreed-upon location.
(2) If the user has made an incorrect selection, ordered an insufficient quantity, or has special circumstances requiring earlier delivery, our company will prioritize production to meet the user’s urgent needs and do our utmost to satisfy their requirements.
After-sales service
(1) Our company operates a 24-hour, round-the-clock service system. That is, upon receiving a notification of a user’s service request, our marketing and service personnel will respond within 24 hours to address and alleviate the customer’s concerns.
(2) Any product quality issues, such as damage or shortages, occurring before the products are handed over for inspection shall be the responsibility of our side.
(3) Any quality issues that arise or are discovered during the warranty period and confirmed by both parties as being our responsibility shall be addressed free of charge by us through defect rectification, replacement, or return of goods.
(4) For quality issues confirmed by both parties as being the user’s responsibility, we will also actively assist in resolving them and meeting the user’s requirements.
(5) If users require technical guidance during installation and use, we will provide online support and troubleshooting.
(6) Our company maintains user profiles and regularly contacts users in writing and by phone to solicit their opinions and suggestions. We systematically collect and analyze the suggestions and quality issues raised by users, continuously improving our management practices, further enhancing product and service quality, striving for perfection, and ensuring that we meet users’ needs.
