Laser-Crushed Mirror

The procedure involves entering the kidney through the body’s natural cavities (the urethra and ureter) or a tiny percutaneous access channel. Combined with laser technology, the stones are pulverized into powder or fine particles that can then be excreted in the urine.

Classification:

  • Product Description
  • Features:
    1. The procedure involves entering the kidney through the body’s natural cavities (the urethra-ureter) or a tiny percutaneous access channel, and using laser technology to break up the stones into powder or fine particles that can then be excreted in the urine.
    2. Holmium laser can fragment urinary tract stones of any composition (including cystine stones, which are harder) and from any location in the urinary tract.
    3. The laser energy is highly precise, causing minimal thermal damage to surrounding tissues (<1 mm), allowing for safe manipulation near the stone and effectively protecting kidney function and the ureter.
    4. Under direct high-definition visualization via endoscopy, the laser fiber is brought into contact with the stone to fragment it; the procedure is fully controllable.

    Accessories:
Ureteroscopic lithotripsy: the mainstay of laser lithotripsy for kidney stones.
Percutaneous nephroscopy: Used for larger or complex kidney stones.
Camera system: Includes a camera, host unit, and monitor.
Holmium laser treatment device: the “heart” of the laser lithotripsy system. It generates laser energy at a specific wavelength.
Laser optical fiber—a “fiber” for energy transmission—is a core consumable.
Infusion pump: Continuously infuses normal saline into the surgical area.
Stone retrieval basket/grasping forceps: Used to encircle or grasp stones, secure them for lithotripsy, or remove larger stone fragments.
Guide wire: Used to guide the ureteral flexible endoscope or dilation sheath into the target location.
Ureteral access sheath: It is placed over the flexible endoscope and inserted through the ureter.

    Parameters:

    Diameter Fri 7.5 - 9.5 (mainstream)
Tip bending angle Upward 270°, downward 180° (bidirectional bending)
Inner diameter of the working channel ≥ 3.6 Fr (approximately 1.2 mm)
Resolution Full HD or 4K Ultra HD
