Lumbar Disc Endoscope (YZJPJ-001)

Utilize high-quality endoscopes or microscopes to provide magnified, high-definition images of the surgical area with ample illumination.

Classification:

  • Product Description
  • Features:
    1. Use high-quality endoscopes or microscopes to provide magnified, high-definition images of the surgical area with ample illumination.
    2. The system includes a series of working channels with varying diameters and lengths, as well as matched extended minimally invasive surgical instruments (such as forceps, nerve retractors, curettes, etc.).
    3. It involves making a skin incision approximately 1.5 to 2 centimeters in length and inserting a metal working channel tube, which gently lifts the muscle tissue rather than cutting it. Through this channel, the surgeon performs the procedure under magnified visualization provided by a microscope or a high-definition endoscope.

    Accessories:
Puncture needle/ guide wire: First, the target location is identified using X-ray fluoroscopy. A thin needle is then used to puncture the target site, after which a guide wire is inserted to serve as a guide for subsequent dilation.
Series expansion catheters (or fascial dilators): a set of metal or plastic tubes ranging in size from fine to coarse, which gradually expand muscles and soft tissues along the guidewire without cutting.
Working channel tube (endoscope sheath): A hollow metal tube that is inserted last into the dilated pathway, serving as an entry and exit point for surgical instruments and endoscopes.
Channel-fixed arm: a robotic arm with one end connected to the working channel tube and the other end securely fixed to the operating table.

    Parameters:

Endoscope diameter and length Diameter: Typically 4 mm or thicker, to ensure sufficient light intake and field of view.
Length: Customized according to the depth of the surgery to ensure it can reach the surgical target.
Perspective 0° (direct view) or 30° mirror.
    Resolution HD or 4K
Working channel diameter Common sizes: 16mm, 18mm, 22mm.
Working channel length Depending on the patient’s body type and the surgical segment (such as L4/L5, L5/S1), ensure precise targeting of the lesion.
Channel fixing system Usually equipped with an adjustable boom system.
Instrument length and diameter The equipment must match the length and diameter of the working channel to ensure smooth operation.
Types of equipment Including micro-grippers, nerve dissectors, micro-curettes, bipolar electrocautery forceps, and more—these tools meet all surgical needs under endoscopic visualization, such as dissection, resection, and hemostasis.
