Percutaneous Nephroscope
Classification:
- Product Description
-
Features:
1. Directly establish a working channel for extremely high gravel crushing efficiency.
2. Powerful crushing capability
3. Rigid lens body with a stable and wide field of view
4. Trauma is controllable and superior to open surgery.Accessories:
Puncture needle: Under image guidance, precisely puncture and enter the target renal calyx.
Guide wire: A soft, thin wire inserted into the kidney through the puncture needle after successful puncture.
Channel dilator: Gradually expand the channel from fine to coarse along the guidewire, increasing its diameter to the required size.
Percutaneous nephroscope sheath: a metal or polymer sleeve left in place in the tract after dilation.
Percutaneous nephroscope body: the core optical component, which enters the kidney through the sheath.
Ultrasound/Pneumatic Lithotripter: The “Power Core” for Efficient Stone Fragmentation
Stone forceps/stone basket: Used for grasping or encasing larger stone fragments.
High-pressure infusion pump: Generates a high-speed water flow that enters the kidney via the renal sheath.Parameters:
Outer diameter (French, Fr) Standard Channel (SCPN): Fr 24-26 (approximately 8-8.7 mm)
Microchannel (MPCN): Fr 16-18 (approximately 5.3–6 mm)
Supermicrochannel (SMP): Fr 12-14 (approximately 4-4.7 mm)Working length 20 cm - 25 cm Perspective 0° (direct-view mirror) 10°–12° (forward oblique mirror) Field of view ≥ 70° Depth of field 3 mm - 50 mm Inner diameter Match the outer diameter of the sheath; typically ≥ Fr 12. Compatible gravel equipment Ultrasound/air pressure ballistic lithotripter – Holmium laser Injection pressure and flow rate Requires a matching high-pressure infusion pump.
