Angular tolerances are strictly controlled within the arcsecond range, ensuring precise light deflection and perfect compatibility with endoscopic optical paths, thereby eliminating image distortion. This technology enables microfabrication of ultra-miniature prisms down to the millimeter or even micrometer scale, meeting the demands of various thin and ultra-thin endoscopes. The prisms are made from high-grade optical glass (such as BK7 or fused silica) or optical resin, offering excellent light transmittance and low absorption. Nanoscale polishing technology guarantees extremely low surface roughness, minimizing light scattering and energy loss to the greatest extent possible, thus delivering realistic images with high contrast and high resolution.
