Features:
1. The endoscope body is short and straight, with the light source (fiber-optic illumination or LED) located on the side or at the tip of the sheath, enabling direct illumination and visualization of the anal canal and lower rectum.
2. It typically consists of two parts: the endoscope sheath and the obturator (core). The endoscope sheath is a hollow tube, and the obturator is used to open the front end of the sheath during insertion, thereby preventing damage to the mucosa. After the sheath is inserted, the obturator can be removed, allowing for observation.

Accessories:
Obturator (Xinxin): This is an essential accessory for the core. It’s a solid, rod-shaped device that is inserted into the sheath of the endoscope.
Light source system: Provides illumination inside the rectum.
Adapter connector: Connects the rectoscope to the external video system.
Injection needle/ligation device: Treatment is performed through the operating channel or side port of the rectoscope.
Biopsy forceps: Used to grasp suspicious tissues for pathological examination.
Dedicated cleaning brush: Used for cleaning the internal channels of the sheath.
Sterilization box: Used for high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization of rectoscopes.
Instrument storage box: Used for storing the rectoscope and all its accessories.

Diameter	Adult standard: Approximately 1.5–2.0 cm in diameter, providing sufficient space for observation and treatment. For children/narrow anal canal: Smaller diameter, approximately 1.0–1.5 cm, reducing discomfort during examination.

Perspective/Opening Design	Direct gaze (front opening): Look straight ahead. Beveled opening (side opening, such as 45°): Extremely practical! Rotating the mirror body allows you to view the lateral walls, making it particularly convenient for performing injections or ligations for internal hemorrhoids.
