Products and Applications

Sinuscope (BDJ-001)

The endoscope has a slender, elongated body, making it easy to perform deep procedures within the narrow nasal cavity. Common diameters include 2.7 mm, 3.0 mm, and 4.0 mm. While ensuring sufficient field of view and rigidity, these endoscopes minimize tissue trauma and patient discomfort to the greatest extent possible. The 30° endoscope is the most commonly used model. By rotating the endoscope body, surgeons can visualize the lateral structures of the nasal cavity and sinuses, such as the ostia of the frontal sinus, maxillary sinus, and sphenoid-ethmoid recess—making it the workhorse of FESS surgery. The 70° endoscope is employed to examine more lateral or recessed areas, such as the deep portions of the frontal sinus and the anterior and posterior walls of the maxillary sinus. Typically featuring a wide field-of-view angle (e.g., 70°–90°), this type of endoscope provides surgeons with an expanded visual range, akin to a "wide-angle lens." This enhanced field of view facilitates precise localization and navigation, thereby improving surgical safety.

Otoscope (EJ-001)

The distinctive “bird-beak” or “fin-like” tip is an iconic design feature of otoscopes. The beveled tip safely pushes aside the skin and hair in the ear canal, widening the field of view while effectively preventing the lens tip from directly contacting and damaging the tympanic membrane. It delivers exceptional close-up resolution and depth of field, ensuring that the entire surface of the tympanic membrane—from the center to the edges—is sharply focused. The primary angles available are 0° (direct view) and 14° (slightly oblique view). The 0° angle provides a panoramic view of the tympanic membrane, while the 14° angle is particularly useful for examining hard-to-see areas along the edge of the eardrum. As a rigid endoscopic instrument, it connects to standard video processors and light sources for optimal image quality, making it ideal for use in hospital operating rooms and outpatient clinics. Integrating the camera, light source, and display screen into a single unit, this device is lightweight and portable—perfect for use in primary care clinics, pediatric practices, and routine health checkups.

Electronic Flexible Laryngoscope (DZHJ-001)

The transnasal approach avoids irritation of the base of the tongue, significantly reducing the patient's gag reflex and improving tolerance.

Rigid Laryngoscope (HJ-001)

As a rigid optical system, it features lossless image transmission and typically delivers images that are sharper and more true-to-life in color compared to soft endoscopes of the same class. It is considered the “gold standard” for observing vocal fold vibrations and mucosal wave patterns, and is frequently used in voice analysis and the diagnosis of subtle vocal cord lesions. During the examination, the patient is asked to stick out their tongue; since the doctor holds the scope, patients who are sensitive to the pharyngeal reflex may experience greater discomfort.

Electroresectoscope (DQJ-001)

No abdominal incision is required; the procedure is performed through the cervix into the uterine cavity, leaving no external wounds on the body surface.

Hysteroscope(GQJ-001)

It enters the uterine cavity through the natural passage of the vagina and cervix, without requiring any abdominal incision.

Hysteroscopic Integrated System (GQYTJ-001)

The endoscope body, high-brightness LED light source, and high-definition camera are fully integrated into a handheld device.

Bipolar Electroresectoscope (DQJ-002)

Bipolar electroresection uses saline solution as both the distending medium and the conductive medium. The electric current flows only between the two electrodes (such as the two arms of the resectoscope loop), forming a localized circuit that does not pass through the patient’s body.

Endoscopic optical components

Our lenses are manufactured using ultra-precise machining technology, with dimensions as small as millimeters or even sub-millimeter levels. They are perfectly suited for a wide range of slender electronic endoscopes, fiber-optic endoscopes, and capsule endoscopes, minimizing invasiveness to the utmost degree. The lens surfaces achieve nanometer-level precision, effectively eliminating optical aberrations and distortions, and ensuring that images—from the center to the edges—possess unparalleled clarity and realism. By employing specialized optical glass materials and a high-transmittance design, we significantly enhance the light-gathering efficiency of image sensors, enabling ultra-high-resolution imaging at 4K and even 8K, making the fine structures of tissues and blood vessels clearly visible. Our precise multi-layer broadband anti-reflection coating technology effectively reduces glare and ghosting, ensuring highly accurate color reproduction and providing physicians with the most authentic and reliable diagnostic information.

The impact of the policy on businesses and users

Enterprises: Policies provide a solid backing for corporate innovation and development. The special review process for innovative medical devices has significantly shortened the approval cycle for high-end endoscopes, enabling companies to bring their R&D achievements to market more quickly—for instance, Weitong’s intelligent-focus endoscope has been swiftly approved and launched. Meanwhile, the establishment of standardized technical organizations and the dynamic adjustment of product categories have set clear boundaries for corporate R&D, reducing its randomness and uncertainty. At the same time, centralized procurement and medical insurance policies are driving enterprises toward transformation. Under the DRG/DIP payment reform, medical institutions are increasingly favoring cost-effective equipment, prompting companies to shift from simply selling devices to adopting an integrated model that includes “equipment + consumables + services.” Moreover, preferential procurement policies aimed at grassroots-level facilities are guiding enterprises to develop simplified endoscopic products tailored specifically for primary care settings. Additionally, enhanced post-market surveillance requirements are compelling companies to increase their investments in quality testing and adverse-event traceability, thereby raising compliance costs.
